The plain-language rules of using TheVolumeAI — what the software does, what it never does, and the risks you accept by trading.
Last updated: June 2026
TheVolumeAI is a software tool that places trades on broker accounts you own and control via API keys. We never take custody of your funds. You connect API keys with trading enabled and withdrawals disabled; the platform cannot move money off your account. You may revoke access at any time from your broker or by removing the connection.
Trading crypto and securities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. Past performance, including any backtested results shown, does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk settings, and outcomes.
Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. The strategies and AI decisioning are automated tools, not recommendations. Consult a qualified professional before trading.
The platform uses an AI agent ("Sonic AI") to assist trade decisions. All orders pass a deterministic risk gate (position, leverage, daily-loss, and allowlist limits) and a kill-switch before execution. No automated system is guaranteed to prevent loss.
Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the Subscription page at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. The free plan is limited to demo/testnet trading.
By creating an account and enabling live trading you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and the risk disclosure, and that you trade at your own risk.
